This policy explains what Ensura collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how to ask us to change or delete it. It covers this website only. If you are enrolled in a plan through us, the insurance carrier or plan administrator handles your health information under its own notice of privacy practices, and that notice governs your medical information rather than this page.

What we collect

Information you send us. The enquiry form on this site asks for your name, email address and a message. When you submit it we also record which page you submitted it from, so we can tell what you were reading when you got in touch. We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers, or health information through this website, and you should not send them to us through the enquiry form.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. These record the page visited, the referring site, and coarse technical details such as country, browser and device type. They do not use cookies and do not build a profile of you across sites.

What we do not do. This website carries no advertising networks, no social media tracking pixels, and no cross-site behavioural advertising. Our fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to one. The video players on our onboarding pages load only after you click play — until then, no request is made to the video provider and no player cookie is set.

Cookies

Browsing this site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. A cookie is set only if you sign in to our content management system, which is restricted to Ensura staff and keeps you signed in between pages. If you click play on a video, the video provider may then set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote or plan comparison you have asked for, and to follow up about it. We use the analytics to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who run parts of this site on our behalf: our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase), both of which process data on our instructions. Where you ask us to arrange coverage, we share what is necessary with the relevant insurance carrier, plan administrator or licensed broker in order to do so. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Our enquiry records are held on servers in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is aggregated and is not tied to you.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@ensuragroup.com. Depending on where you live — California and several other US states, among others — you may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We will not charge you for making a request and will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you have asked us to contact you and would rather we stopped, tell us and we will.

Children

This website is intended for adults making benefits and insurance decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
