Harris Wali is the CEO and founder of HW Premier Insurance Services, a boutique firm specializing in life insurance, long-term care, and disability income protection. He works closely with high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as entertainment industry clients and business owners—protecting their assets and advising on how to grow them.

Harris is a recipient of numerous financial industry awards and brings decades of expertise, including ten years as senior vice president of an insurance and estate planning firm. He began his career in 1990 as a field underwriter at a top Los Angeles agency.

Joe, a visionary mechanical engineer with a minor in nuclear engineering, began his career at NASA's Kennedy Space Center before leveraging his analytical skills over the past 35 years to build a premier ERISA retirement planning firm. He expanded his influence through board service at GAMA International and founding a major insurance agency.

Believing deeply in accountants as trusted advisors, he created the National Network of Accountants (NNA) in 1992 and later Independent Captive Associates (ICA), tools for accountants and business owners to solve critical issues. Under his leadership, NNA was recently selected by Connecticut to develop a statewide program supporting accounting and business growth. A recognized industry expert, speaker, and writer featured in major publications, Joe's firm won the prestigious 2024 "Captive Innovation" Award.

Steve Weber is President of HW Premier Insurance Services, focused on serving clients in the financial industry. With over 25 years as an entrepreneurial business developer in media and manufacturing, Steve now specializes in working with entertainment and sports professionals, including actors, musicians, directors, producers, and athletes.

At HW Premier, he also helps develop emerging entrepreneurs and financial service professionals, while supporting his clients’ long-term financial planning needs through life, disability, and long-term care insurance. Steve’s growing network of financial experts helps clients make smart, informed decisions for their future.

With over 40 years in the insurance industry, Tim remains passionate about helping individuals and families strengthen their financial futures. He has led, trained, and developed hundreds of financial advisors as a general agent for top insurance companies, bringing deep expertise in life, disability, long-term care, and fixed index annuity products to Efficient Advisors.

Tim holds his Life and Health licenses. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course, with his wife Paula, or traveling to see his kids and grandkids.

Will grew up around the financial services industry, spending summers in junior high filing paperwork at his father’s office. After moving to Arizona in 2004, he attended Arizona State University and became a financial advisor focused on building strong, lasting relationships with clients—not just selling products.

Will lives in Arizona with his wife, JC, and their two daughters, Kiwi and Xyla. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, camping, hiking, working out, cooking, and traveling.
